Save the Date: Likely in Autumn 2026 to celebrate sixty years of flying the beacon of friendship.

The Bahrain Society committee members are getting together on Tuesday 14 April in Central London for the first meeting of the year. The agenda includes event planning, membership updates and finances of the Society.

The Committee of the Bahrain Society held our AGM followed by Members’ Reception on Tuesday 24 March 2026. This event saw 43 attendees joining committee members who presented the Year End 30th September 2025 Accounts. Heather Harper MBE opened the AGM with her Chairman's speech and thanked His Excellency Sheikh Fawaz bin Mohamed Al Khalifa and the Bahrain Embassy, for supporting the Bahrain Society. The Bahrain Society is delighted to announce an evening in conversation with Charlotte Leslie, former member of Parliament and Director, CMEC (Conservative Middle East Council). This event is being held in Gray's Inn, 1 Lady Hale Gate, London WC1X 8BS. Charlotte’s talk is entitled "Navigating the New Middle East: Security, Trade, and the Shifting Role of the West".
